Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products.

• If you need to exchange a product, contact our support team immediately with your order details.

• Watches returned without following the above instructions may not be accepted.
